Great news -- you can go paperless by opting in for electronic statements! We offer this convenient service for both monthly mortgage/account statements and year-end statements, which are sent by January 31st each year.
Once you are enrolled, we’ll send you an email each time a new statement is ready online. You'll be able to view, download, and print with a few quick clicks. You will no longer receive copies by mail.
Signing up for electronic statements via our website or app is quick and easy. Here’s how:
- Log into your account.
- Go to Documents.
- Scroll to Manage Delivery Preferences.
- Check the box under Email for the types of statements you would like to receive electronically.
