How to Set Up Autopay

Autopay, meaning recurring monthly ACH drafts, allows payments due for your loan to automatically draft from your checking or savings account every month. This convenient service can save time and peace of mind—you will no longer have to remember to make a one-time payment every month. Another perk? You get to choose the day of the month your recurring payments will draft.

How can I set up autopay?

First, log into our website or app to begin your autopay enrollment with the steps listed below. If you prefer, you can call us to complete these steps by phone.

  • Go to Payment.
  • In the Make a Payment box, find Autopay.
  • Click the Enroll in Autopay link and follow the prompts to set up your recurring draft.

Next, you will receive an email from us confirming your request has been submitted. From there, we will initiate a test draft with the account information you provided. If the test draft is not confirmed, we will notify you.

Once a test draft is completed successfully, we will process your request and mail you an enrollment letter to notify you that your autopay setup is complete.

Important notes!

After you begin your autopay enrollment through the first steps listed above, it will not go into effect immediately. You need to continue making one-time payments when they are due until you receive a letter from us confirming your enrollment. If you have any past due payments on your first scheduled draft date, your draft will not occur until your loan is current on payments.
